There is no excuse peeps!
Brush your teeth twice a day, first thing in the morning and last thing before you go to bed!
We recommend using a softest toothbrush you can find, with a fluoridated toothpaste with at least 1000ppm of fluoride.
Curasept toothbrushes from Australia are the best in our opinion! We have put a link to an online store in case you want to try them. Alternatively we have some stock in our clinic as well!
